There can be a lot of withholding of information when results aren't as good as they should be. We promise we will never do that. We provide you results whether they are good, bad, or ugly. We also keep you up-to-date on where we are with your projects and report monthly.
2. IF YOUR PRODUCT/SERVICE IS NOT SOMETHING WE CAN MARKET
Although we specialize in small business marketing, it doesn't mean that we will take any small business on as a client. If you have an overly saturated product, don't have a good product positioning, or an overly priced product we may not work with you. Why is that? If you don't have a good position in your marketplace, spending money on marketing won't get you very far. And we don't want to waste your money.
Additionally, STAK Marketing will never take on more clients than we can handle. We want to provide five-star service to all of our clients, and will never take on more work than we can handle that may compromise that.
3. IF SOMETHING DOESN'T FIT INTO YOUR BRAND
When working with you and your business, we will always alert you when something doesn't fit into your brand. Whether that be colors being used, the voice of messaging, graphic designs, and more.
4. IF THINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY
We know that budgets are limited with small businesses, after all, we are one! Our goal is to make the best use of your marketing dollars by implementing foundational tactics that will produce results over a long period of time. We never want you wasting money on things that aren't going to serve your business.
