Don't over shoot your shot. What do I mean by that? It's my favorite saying for don't over promise!
For example... don't take on more clients then you can handle, don't promise services you can't perform, don't promise quick shipping before you know if it's possible.
It's quite simple, work honestly and truthfully with your employees and your customers. The truth always builds trust (even though the answer may not be what they want to hear), trust builds confidence, confidence builds loyalty and loyalty builds long-term sales.
So keep shooting your shots, just don't overshoot!
